Missing the point

So Icecrown is actually challenging!

I knew Trial of the Crusader was too easy when even i got the achievement for clearing it.

Currently,my guild have cleared to Professor Putricide. It's been a great run of progression for myself & the lovely lads & ladies (especially previously mentioned attractive Death knight). We've had fun,we've learned to work better as a team,we've gotten some lovely new gear & we've really come into our own as a guild.

So let's just review each boss:

Lord Marrowgar - This guy is a legend, Perhaps the most cheerful boss you'll meet while he tries to cleave your head off. His Bladestorm, sorry BONESTORM! is also great fun. I can't resist popping my own BONES.. bladestorm whenever he does it. So we got this guy down after 3 - 4 attempts as a guild. The spikes were a pain in the ass, literally. But killing them is way easier than 25 man (let's not go there).
Difficulty level: 2/5 (from melee dps perspective).

Lady Death-shout-my-fucking-head-off-until-i-die - Or Deathwhisper, which is complete bullshit. This bitch is literally shouting at you as your group kills all her mates in the room. This fight has adds, lots of adds. More adds than i like. All the running back and forth makes me look bad on recount. I don't like that (though it's usually the case.) I remember the glee i felt when her fucking mana shield dropped the first time. I was so delighted to be belting this cow in the face. Or knee. She's really big. This one took awhile,i was starting to think she just wouldn't go away! Definite wake up call after Marrowgar.
Difficulty level: 4/5 (from melee dps perspective).

The Gunship: I love this fight. But it's mostly because i always end up with the coolest job. Let me outline:Jump in Big cannon - Shoot the baddie Gunship - jump to baddie ship with your JETPACK(!) - don't get killed by Saurfang (THEE Varok Saurfang /swoon) - kill helpless Bloodelf :D - jump back - repeat. It is so much fun! And you feel totally badass flying over and laying the smackdown!
Difficulty level: 1/5 (from melee dps perspective).

Deathbringer Saurfang: This guy is great. He's so super hard, but it really teaches you what your group is made of. You have very little to do on this boss as a melee dps:HIT BOSS MANY MANY TIMES!!! and that's it :) just do mental dps whilst avoiding AoE damage (something about Blood beasts.recount is where my eyes are at). It took us about 3 weeks to get this guy,he still poses a challenge after each reset. And big respect to the Guild healers. They've 2 man healed this. Which must be a nightmare.
Difficulty level: 4/5 (from a melee dps perspective).

Festergut: This fight is really more about tank taunting & Major healer concentration. So i'll just say, spore means run yes?No?Oh..
Difficulty level: 3/5 (from melee dps perspective).

Rotface: I've not been in a guild clear of this guy yet,so i can't say what his overall difficulty is. All i know is: ooze = move = less DPS! so i don't like it.
Difficulty level: 4/5 (from a "i want most dps perspective").

Professor Putricide: Good news everyone! This guy keeps wiping us before we even get to phase 2. There's some confusion with the Abomonation tanking. So as far as i see it right now, this is the most difficult fight so far.
Difficulty level: 5/5 (from a melee dps perspective).

This brings me to my point.

There was some confusion about the abomonation tanking, our offtank was still learning how to do it when somebody else in the raid (who had not done it before either) began telling him what to do. Long story short,an argument ensued. Some swears were thrown (which i thought was awesome). and the raid ended there.

I've had a few hours to think about it. I do understand that wiping can be really upsetting, annoying & demoralizing, but is it worth losing friends over? Or just making a worse enviornment for everyone else? If you say "yes" then you're a fat bollocks.

This is ONLY a game after all. A fun one,but still only a game. So consider these things next time you want to snap at the "noobs" or whatever they're called. It IS just a game.

Now,what i wanted you to consider,i can't remember. So just go with me on this:
RAID + FUN + TEAMWORK = HAVING A LAUGH.

RAID + NAGGING + BEING A SELF RIGHTEOUS ASSHOLE = /LEAVE RAID & HEARTHSTONE.

See the logic there? I don't.

I don't know why i bother, these blogs even feel shite as i write them. But i'll persist. Mostly because it's a good way to complain & exercise my fingers.

On a side note - Yes,i overaggro! It's my spec, not a choice! So no more "Fayt, watch your aggro." Not that the person saying it will read this. But it makes me feel like a big man putting it here.

And 1 last thing! Nothing i mentioned above will help you with any of those bosses. I do know the full tactics, but who needs another boss strategy guy? That's what tankspot is for.

To close, i don't bring buff food. I'll be dead in 2 minutes anyway.
